Pinon Ranch Consulting partnered with Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation for approximately seven years, supporting the organization’s digital infrastructure, communications, and operational systems. The engagement concluded in 2025, and we remain proud of the work completed during that time to support the organization’s programs and mission.
WEBSITE DESIGN + SUPPORT
Mammoth Wine Weekend has become one of the Eastern Sierra’s premier food, wine, and fundraising events, bringing together attendees, sponsors, wineries, chefs, and community supporters for a weekend of unique experiences and philanthropy.
We have partnered with Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation to support the event since 2019, helping develop the digital tools and communication strategies needed to support its continued growth.
As the event expanded, it became clear that it had outgrown its original home within the MMCF website. With multiple events, ticketing options, sponsors, participating wineries, and attendee resources to manage, the event needed a dedicated online presence of its own.
In 2025, we designed and launched a brand-new standalone website that allows Mammoth Wine Weekend to establish a distinct identity while providing attendees with a centralized location for schedules, event information, ticket details, sponsor recognition, and event updates. The new platform gives organizers greater flexibility while creating a more intuitive and engaging experience for guests.
COMMUNICATIONS
In addition to the website, we provide ongoing communication planning and campaign execution for Mammoth Wine Weekend.
Our work includes coordinating messaging across email campaigns, social media platforms, text messaging outreach, website content, and event announcements to ensure attendees, sponsors, and supporters stay informed throughout the event lifecycle.
By creating a cohesive communication strategy across multiple channels, we help build awareness, increase participation, and provide a consistent experience from the first announcement through the final event recap.
The result is a stronger event brand, improved attendee communication, and a digital presence that can continue to grow alongside one of the region’s signature fundraising events.
