We love the Mammoth Gran Fondo! As a road cyclist, it is awesome to get the chance to support this local event and help bring people from outside the area to experience the amazing riding in the Eastern Sierra.

We have rebuilt the entire site layout onto the Squarespace platform. The new website allows for riders to more easily find the information they need + we applied a consistent layout and design standard throughout the website + consolidated content and built/removed site pages to improve navigation and staff content management needs + direct integration with email communication tool for easy email list sign-up management + built easy ways for sponsors and vendors to contact us and provide the information the staff needs to quickly help them.

We provide ongoing content management and site updates throughout the event cycle to ensure that prospective and registered riders have all the information they need to make the operational side of the event easy for them.

We also oversee all of the online registration platform needs for this event and work with all the riders to answer any questions they have about their registration or the event in general.

In 2022, we built and launched an Online Rider Guide for the registered riders - this eliminated the need for the staff to print out thousands and thousands of pieces of paper. Instead we provided all the information online and were able to provide very up to date information to our riders.

COMMUNICATION PLANNING

We created templates within the email communication tool that are consistent with the style of the website for a more cohesive feel across all communication channels.

We also created and executed an ongoing communication plan to promote the Mammoth Gran Fondo and provide registered riders with the information they need for the event - from the website, to emails, to social, to texting campaigns.
