The Mammoth Invitational is one of Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation’s premier fundraising events, bringing together supporters, donors, sponsors, and community leaders to help advance the organization’s mission and programs.
Since 2019, we have partnered with the MMCF team to support and continually evolve the event’s digital infrastructure, communication strategy, and fundraising tools. As the event has grown, our role has expanded to support nearly every aspect of the attendee and donor experience.
We developed a dedicated event website that serves as the central hub for registration, event information, sponsorship opportunities, and fundraising activities. Behind the scenes, we implemented and managed systems that support attendee registration, donor engagement, auction activities, and event operations.
Over the years, we have also helped develop creative fundraising solutions that make it easier for attendees to participate and contribute during the event itself. From streamlining donation experiences during the gala program to supporting silent auction operations and online fundraising efforts, our focus has always been on reducing friction and maximizing engagement.
COMMUNICATIONS
A successful fundraising event depends on consistent and thoughtful communication before, during, and after the event. We worked closely with the MMCF team to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans designed to engage sponsors, attendees, donors, and community supporters throughout the event lifecycle.
This support included email campaigns, website content, social media promotion, text messaging campaigns, event announcements, fundraising communications, and post-event follow-up. By coordinating messaging across multiple channels, we helped create a cohesive experience that kept participants informed, engaged, and connected to the impact of their support.
The result is a streamlined event experience that supports fundraising goals while making it easier for attendees, donors, and staff to participate in one of the Eastern Sierra’s most important annual fundraising events.
