We’ve had the pleasure of working with Eastside Velo for many years, helping their team evolve through several website platforms to find the one that best fits their needs. When we first started working together, their site was hosted on Weebly. We later transitioned to Shopify—which worked well but didn’t provide enough flexibility for their layout needs—and eventually landed on Squarespace, which proved to be the perfect fit.
Squarespace gives Eastside Velo the freedom to easily manage their content and choose from an endless number of layout options. It’s flexible, user-friendly, and keeps their site looking sharp and up to date.
Some of the custom features we built include:
Direct integration with their email communication tool for seamless list updates
A complete e-commerce platform for memberships, merchandise, and event registrations
A digital rider liability form hosted right on the site
An integrated event calendar to manage and promote group rides and events
COMMUNICATION PLANNING
We also rebuilt Eastside Velo’s email communication template, giving them a consistent, easy-to-use layout for their weekly member updates. On the backend, we completed a full reorganization of their email lists and segmented audiences to support targeted messaging—helping ensure the right members get the right information at the right time.
