We have worked with Eastside Velo for a long time and moved them to a couple of different website platforms in search of the one that would best meet their needs. When we first stared working them they were on Weebly, we then moved to Shopify which was great but didn’t have enough layout options at the time, and finally we landed them at Squarespace. Squarespace proved to be the best website tool for Eastside Velo, it allows for super easy layout of content in an endless number of options.

Some of the cool things that we built out on this website included direct integration with their email communication tool for easy list updates + complete e-commerce platform for anything and everything they ever want to sell + site hosted rider liability form + integrated event calendar for group events and rides.

COMMUNICATION PLANNING

We also rebuilt the Eastside Velo email communication template to provide an easy to use and consistent layout for the weekly communications sent to members. Additionally, we did a complete re-organization and audience segmentation in their email communication tool to allow for targeted messaging.
