When we first started working with VP Custom Insurance Solutions, they already had a website on the Squarespace platform. While the site provided basic information about their services, the leadership team wanted something more powerful—an online resource that would better educate clients, support business growth, and reinforce the company’s reputation as a trusted insurance partner.
We worked closely with the VP Custom Insurance team to understand both their immediate needs and long-term goals, then developed a phased plan to transform the website into a more effective business tool.
The project included a complete visual refresh featuring updated colors, typography, and branding elements, along with a reorganization of content to make information easier for clients to find and navigate. We also developed new service pages, educational resources, and client-focused content designed to answer questions and provide value throughout the customer journey.
As the business continues to grow, we continue to support their digital strategy through ongoing website enhancements and future communication initiatives, including email marketing, educational content, and client engagement efforts.
GOOGLE WORKSPACE
As VP Custom Insurance continued to grow, the leadership team wanted a communication and productivity platform that would be easier to manage while supporting the needs of both staff and clients.
We helped plan and execute a complete migration to Google Workspace, including email accounts, data migration, security configuration, and user onboarding. Careful planning and preparation allowed the transition to occur smoothly with minimal disruption to daily business operations.
Today, Google Workspace provides the VP Custom Insurance team with reliable communication tools, shared calendars, collaborative document management, and a streamlined platform that supports their day-to-day operations and future growth.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
In addition to website and technology support, we partnered with VP Custom Insurance on several branding and marketing initiatives. This included the development of a new logo and supporting graphic design materials that better reflect the company’s professionalism, personality, and commitment to serving clients throughout the Eastern Sierra and beyond.
We also created print advertising materials and marketing assets that help maintain a consistent visual identity across both digital and traditional media, strengthening brand recognition and supporting ongoing outreach efforts.
