WEBSITE DESIGN
The folks at VP Custom Insurance Solutions already had a website on the Squarespace platform. While their previous site was sufficient for providing basic information to their current and potential clients, they were looking for something that would help them become a resource to their clients.
We worked with their awesome staff to understand their short-term and long-term business goals and how they saw the website playing a role. Using that information we provided them with a two-phase plan to get their website up to the task of supporting their business.
We fully revamped their Squarespace website with a new color palette and paired font faces to their overall branding. We also built new pages and consolidated existing content into places that made it easier for their clients to quickly get the information they are looking for.
We will continue to work with them to fully develop a communication plan that includes blog/news posts, social media, and an email campaign management tool that will also help them segment their messaging to current and potential clients.
GOOGLE WORKSPACE
The VP Custom Insurance leadership was ready to move off of Microsoft365 after many many years of frustration with managing that platform on their own as a small business owner. We know, while the Microsoft suite of products is super familiar for many of us having grown up with them, they can be a bit of a bear to manage on your own.
There is a reason we have spent a good amount of time completing certification programs for administering and deploying the Google Workspace suite of products - it just works and it is super easy for business owners to continue working with. Our priority is to pick products for our clients that fit their needs, budget, and are dead reliable.
Migrating the VP Custom Insurance team from Microsoft to Google was an easy process and with the amazing migration tools from Google, it was a total success with only a couple of hours (outside of business hours) of downtime.
