Blomgren Ranch is one of the premier wedding and event venues in the greater Santa Clarita area, and their website needed to support clients through every stage of the planning process — from initial discovery to booking and beyond.
We designed a website that provides clear, accessible information for couples and event planners as they move from early research to scheduling tours, tastings, and booking conversations. The goal was to create a seamless experience that supports both the client journey and the day-to-day operations of the Blomgren Ranch team.
Because venue clients spend a significant amount of time researching online before reaching out, we focused on delivering detailed information alongside extensive photo galleries that showcase the beauty and flexibility of the space. This helps potential clients envision their event and feel confident taking the next step.
To streamline operations, we integrated Squarespace Scheduling to create custom booking calendars for venue tours and consultation appointments. This allows clients to easily schedule time with the team while significantly reducing the amount of manual coordination required from staff.
We also implemented automated email and SMS workflows within the scheduling system — providing clients with helpful information ahead of their appointments and thoughtful follow-up communication afterward. This not only improves the client experience but also helps increase engagement and conversion throughout the booking process.
GOOGLE WORKSPACE
To support the day-to-day operations of Blomgren Ranch, we set up and continue to manage their Google Workspace environment. This includes professional email accounts, shared calendars, and internal tools that help their team stay organized and responsive throughout the event planning process.
With multiple team members coordinating tours, client communication, and event logistics, having a reliable and centralized system is critical. Google Workspace provides the foundation for clear communication, efficient scheduling, and seamless collaboration across the team.
We continue to provide ongoing support and administration to ensure everything runs smoothly, stays secure, and evolves alongside the needs of the business.
