The Blomgren Ranch and Western Ranch Events staff might be the hardest working people that we know.

As one of the top wedding and event venue in the greater Santa Clarita area, we needed to build a website that provided information to their clients throughout multiple stages of engagement - from general interest and information gathering to “I am ready to book” to “can I come for a catering tasting” - we built them a website that allows their nimble staff to engage with their clientele in a professional and efficient manner.

Knowing that their clientele is doing a lot of research online before contacting a venue, we opted to provide all the necessary venue information and extensive photo galleries to showcase what the business can provide to make their event come to life.

Using the Scheduling application from Squarespace, we built custom calendars for Venue Tours and Booking Appointments to streamline the scheduling process for their clients and also greatly reduce the staff time dedicated to manually scheduling these appointments. We also utilized the automated features within the Squarespace Scheduling application to provide information to Venue Tour and Booking Appointment clients so they arrive prepared for their appointment and follow-up emails to provide information about appropriate next steps to increase conversion.
