The owners of The Shed….also the owners of Black Velvet Coffee….reached out to us about building a website for this new business that was going to bring a new and delicious restaurant to Mammoth Lakes. When we found out this was going to be a charcuterie spot we jumped on the chance since we love the snack, fun, picnic feel of a board full of meats and cheeses and fixings.

We opted to utilize the Squarespace platform since they already use that platform for the Black Velvet Coffee website. Additionally, the Squarespace platform provides this great opportunity for sites to control the desktop and mobile layouts separately which is pretty darn important for everyone but definitely for restaurants where users are typically visiting the site from a mobile device.

Additionally, we built them out the online ordering side of their business so folks can order different size boards for pick-up for their own events or just because. Ensuring that every aspect of the online ordering platform (including all the order related emails) had the same look and feel as the website is important to ensuring a consistent brand experience.
