GOOGLE WORKSPACE + GENERAL CONSULTING + IT SUPPORT

The amazing team at MLTPA reached out to us because they had a couple of new IT challenges that they were looking to solve for the organization.

The first issue was that they had to migrate very quickly from an Office environment to Google Workspace and unfortunately the migration got a little complicated for the staff in regards to how to utilize all the features and functionality within the Google Workspace environment. Our team hopped in and did one-on-one trainings with each of the staff to help them get their Google Workspace account all setup and provide basic training on how to make the most of this environment.

The next issue was helping the main administrative staff create some clear IT focused procedures for on-boarding and off-boarding of staff.

We are continuing to work with the MLTPA staff to identify and implement IT standards that would benefit the organization and staff and provide ongoing support with their Google Workspace environment.
