The team at Mammoth Lakes Trails and Public Access reached out to us while navigating several technology challenges related to organizational growth and operations. Their primary need was support following a rapid transition from Microsoft Office to Google Workspace—a move that introduced new tools and opportunities, but also created challenges for staff as they adapted to a new way of working.

We stepped in to provide personalized, one-on-one training for team members, helping each person get comfortable with their new Google Workspace environment and understand how to make the most of the tools available to them. From email and calendars to file sharing and collaboration, our goal was to help staff feel confident and supported throughout the transition.

As we worked with the organization, we also helped develop clearer technology procedures for employee onboarding and offboarding. Establishing consistent processes ensures that staff have the access, resources, and support they need from day one while helping the organization maintain security and operational continuity over time.

Today, we continue to support MLTPA through ongoing Google Workspace administration, user support, and technology consulting. Our role is to help the organization build practical, sustainable systems that allow staff to focus less on technology challenges and more on the important work they do throughout the Eastern Sierra.
