Eastern Sierra Mountain Club is a beloved retail shop in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, known for its thoughtfully curated products, mountain lifestyle focus, and strong connection to the local community. They wanted a website that could showcase their unique offerings while giving visitors a glimpse of the in-store experience before they ever walked through the door.
Because so many of their customers are visitors exploring Mammoth Lakes, we focused heavily on creating a smooth, mobile-friendly experience that is easy to browse whether someone is planning a trip or already in town. The site highlights the store’s products, personality, and atmosphere while making it easy for visitors to learn more about what makes the shop special.
The result is a website that supports the business, enhances the customer experience, and gives Eastern Sierra Mountain Club a digital presence that reflects the quality and character of the store itself.

In addition to the website project, we designed and implemented a promotional postcard that helps connect in-store visitors with the business’s online communication efforts.
The postcard encourages customers to join the Eastern Sierra Mountain Club email list, creating a direct connection between the store and its visitors long after they’ve returned home. This gives the business an effective way to share new product arrivals, special promotions, events, and seasonal updates while building stronger relationships with customers over time.
By combining thoughtful design with a clear communication strategy, the postcard became a simple but effective tool for growing customer engagement and supporting long-term business growth.
