The K-9 Wellness Center is a truly special addition to the Eastern Sierra — a dedicated space focused on dog boarding, daycare, training, and overall canine wellness. We partnered with the K-9 team from the very beginning to build a website that could serve as both an information hub and a key part of their business operations.

We designed a modern, welcoming site that clearly explains their services, sets expectations for clients, and helps people feel comfortable and confident leaving their dogs in K-9’s care. Because so many of their customers are busy pet owners on the go, we put significant effort into making the site mobile-friendly, easy to navigate, and full of helpful, accessible information.

COMMUNICATIONS + SOCIAL MEDIA

Launching a new business means making sure people can not only find you — but also feel connected to who you are and what you offer. We supported K-9 Wellness Center in building a strong and consistent communication presence from the start.

We helped set up and configure their email marketing platform so the team could easily share updates, announcements, and helpful information with clients. At the same time, we established their Facebook and Instagram presence, creating a foundation for ongoing posting, storytelling, and genuine community engagement — helping them build trust and connection with local dog owners.

To ensure people could easily discover K9 Wellness Center online, we also set up and optimized their Google Business Profile, Yelp listing, SEO foundation, and AI search visibility, making it simple for community members (and visitors to the Eastern Sierra) to find accurate, helpful information wherever they searched.

The result is a strong, visible, and welcoming digital presence that supports their business, builds credibility, and keeps them connected to the community they serve.

GOOGLE WORKSPACE

Behind every great customer experience is a business that runs smoothly on the inside. We helped K-9 Wellness Center set up and streamline Google Workspace to support internal and client communication, document sharing, and day-to-day coordination.

This gave their team reliable tools and structure as the business grows, helping them stay organized while managing bookings, staff communication, policies, workflows, and client information.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

As with any new business, establishing a clear and memorable brand from day one is essential. We worked closely with the K-9 Wellness Center owners to develop a logo they truly loved—something that felt professional, welcoming, and uniquely theirs. From there, we created multiple logo variations to ensure they had the flexibility they needed across different platforms and uses, all while maintaining strong brand consistency.

From logo development, we expanded into a full signage plan for both the exterior and interior of their new Bishop facility. With the building located on Highway 395—a main route through the Eastern Sierra—it was important that their signage be eye-catching, easy to read, and inviting without feeling overwhelming. The final designs help the business stand out while staying true to their warm, community-focused identity.

Beyond signage, we also supported K-9 Wellness Center with an extended suite of branded materials, including rack cards, business cards, gift cards, employee name tags, stickers, interior graphics, and more. Each piece was designed to reinforce their brand, create a cohesive customer experience, and give the business a strong, professional presence wherever clients interact with them.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

Behind every great customer experience is a system that keeps things organized, efficient, and easy to manage. For K-9 Wellness Center, that meant implementing a reliable platform to handle everything from bookings to client records to daily operations.

We helped the team select, configure, and fully set up Gingr, their client management and booking platform. Working closely with the owners, we customized the system to match their services, workflows, and policies — including client registration, vaccination records, reservations, deposits, training and daycare scheduling, and operational forms.

In addition to the technical setup, we supported staff training and process development so the entire team felt confident using the platform day-to-day. The result is a single, centralized system that streamlines operations, improves accuracy, reduces manual workload, and creates a smoother experience for both the staff and their clients.
