The Eastern Sierra Bird Alliance is dedicated to connecting people with the birds, habitats, and conservation efforts that make the Eastern Sierra such a special place. They needed a website that could better support their mission by making it easier for members, volunteers, and community members to find information, learn about upcoming events, and get involved.
We designed and built a modern, easy-to-manage website that organizes the Alliance’s programs, educational resources, conservation initiatives, and event information into a clear and accessible experience. Because many visitors are looking for specific information about bird walks, volunteer opportunities, and local conservation efforts, we focused heavily on intuitive navigation and clear content organization.
The result is a website that helps the Eastern Sierra Bird Alliance tell its story, engage its members, and support its ongoing work throughout the region.
GOOGLE WORKSPACE
To support the organization’s communication and collaboration needs, we helped the Eastern Sierra Bird Alliance establish and configure their Google Workspace environment.
This included setting up professional email accounts, configuring organizational tools, and helping create a centralized system for communication, document management, and collaboration. By bringing everything together under one platform, the Alliance now has a more reliable and sustainable foundation for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating volunteers, and supporting board and committee activities.
As with many nonprofit organizations, our goal was to implement tools that are both powerful and easy to manage, allowing staff and volunteers to spend less time dealing with technology and more time focused on their mission.
